SPA Security Documents definition

SPA Security Documents means the Security and Pledge Agreement, the Subsidiary Security and Pledge Agreement, the Guaranty, any UCC-1 financing statements, mortgages, deposit control agreements and such other documents necessary or appropriate for the perfection of the security interests granted by the SPA or any other Prepetition Loan Document entered into in connection with the SPA.

Related to SPA Security Documents

  • UK Security Documents means the UK Pledge Agreements and the UK Debenture.

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, the Canadian Debenture, the Canadian Pledge, the Canadian Security Agreement, the Blocked Account Agreements and each other Note Security Document governed by the law of a province or territory of Canada.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Security Documents means the Security Documents and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a lien is granted or purported to be granted securing First Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such liens are governed, in each case to the extent relating to the collateral securing the First Lien Obligations.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.
