SP Project Model definition
SP Project Model means the financial model for the Contributed Companies of SunPower, which is included in the “Master Project Model” (as defined in the Holdings LLC Agreement).
SP Project Model means the financial model for the SP Contributed Companies which is included in the Master Project Model.
SP Project Model means the financial model for the SP Contributed Companies which is included in the Master Project Model. “Sponsor” or “Sponsors” means SP Parent and FS Parent, individually or collectively, as applicable.
