SP Month definition

SP Month means each consecutive monthly period occurring during the period commencing on the Substitute Premises Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date; provided, however, the first SP Month shall commence on the Substitute Premises Commencement Date and end on the last day of the calendar month in which the Substitute 701285.05/WLA214064-00137/12-20-12/eg/eg ▇▇▇▇▇▇ CENTRE DEL MAR[Second Amendment/Substitute Premises Amendment][Volcano Corporation] Premises Commencement Date occurs, and the second and each succeeding SP Month shall commence on the first day of the next calendar month; and further provided that the last SP Month shall end on the Lease Expiration Date.
