S&P MidCap 400 definition

S&P MidCap 400 means the companies in the S&P MidCap 400 index on the first day of the Performance Period as published by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC.

  • The Company shall determine (i) the Company’s TSR for the Performance Period and (ii) the TSR for the Performance Period of each company that was included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index as of the last day of the Performance Period.
