SP Documents means, with respect to any SP, this SP Agreement is to be read together with the Acknowledgment of Offering Document Receipt, the General Conditions, the SP Order Form (if any), the SP Term Sheet, Additional T&C and Risk Disclosure, and SP Confirmation.
