SP Discount definition

SP Discount used below means the discount from WAC (consisting of a prompt pay discount and a fee for service), rounded to the nearest half percentage, provided to Accredo in the Current Accredo Agreement or New Accredo Agreement, as applicable, and to TheraCom in the Current TheraCom Agreement or New TheraCom Agreement, as applicable.

Examples of SP Discount in a sentence

• Discounted Value means (i) with respect to an S&P Eligible Asset, the quotient of the Market Value thereof divided by the applicable S&P Discount Factor and (ii) with respect to a Moodys Eligible Asset, the quotient of the Market Value thereof divided by the applicable Moodys Discount Factor; provided that the Discounted Value of such Eligible Asset shall never be greater than the face value of such Eligible Asset.

• The S&P Discount Factor applied to Cash and Cash Equivalents will be (A) 100% and (B) 102% for those portfolio securities which mature in 181 to 360 calendar days.

• Discounted Value means (i) with respect to an S&P Eligible Asset, the quotient of the Market Value thereof divided by the applicable S&P Discount Factor and (ii) with respect to a Moodys Eligible Asset, the lower of par and the quotient of the Market Value thereof divided by the applicable Moodys Discount Factor.
