SOW Services means statement of work services, requiring the successful achievement of milestones, outputs and/or deliverables as set out in Contractor Schedule;

SOW Services means services which may include but are not limited to, consulting, custom programming, data conversion, IP installation, project management, product implementation, program modifications, and training, that are listed in one or more SOW(s) executed by Client and Fidelity, which SOW(s) are incorporated into and form a part of this Agreement.

Examples of SOW Services in a sentence

Any dependencies and data which the Customer is required to comply with or provide, in order to enable and activate the SOW Services, shall be set out in Appendix 3 of this Schedule 21 or as otherwise requested in writing and the Customer shall immediately provide the same.
The words and expressions in this SOW Services Call Off Order Form shall have the meanings given to them in the Call Off Contract and the Framework Agreement.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Call Off Contract, the Service Provider is under no obligation to pay Delay Payments or other liquidated damages in respect of the SOW Services or the SOW Delivery.
Each Party shall use all reasonable endeavours to mitigate any loss or damage suffered arising out of or in connection with Losses relating to the SOW Services and/or the SOW Delivery.
This SOW Services Call Off Order Form is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Call Off Contract dated 20th May 2019.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Call Off Contract relating to Key Performance Indicators, in the delivery of the SOW Services the Service Provider shall only be required to comply with those key performance indicators set out at Appendix 4 of this Schedule 21.
The Customer wishes to procure SOW Services from the Services Provider and the Service Provider agrees to supply the SOW Services specified below on and subject to the terms of Call Off Contract Schedule 21.
This SOW Services Call Off Order Form incorporates the terms and conditions of the Call Off Contract (including specifically Schedule 21).

More Definitions of SOW Services

SOW Services means those installation, implementation, training, consulting and other services provided by GT Software in accordance with any Statement of Work, if attached or incorporated into this Agreement.

SOW Services means professional services engagements to be provided by MAINLINE or MAINLINE’s authorized subcontractors to CLIENT pursuant to a separately executed statement of work, which shall reference a governing master services agreement (“MSA”).

SOW Services means, for each SOW, (i) the Services described in such SOW, and (ii) the Services described in Schedule A (Cross Functional Services) and elsewhere in the Agreement as they apply to the Services described in such SOW.

SOW Services means the services to be provided by the Service Provider to the Customer, as set out in Appendix 1 of Call Off Terms Schedule 21 or as otherwise as amended by the SOW Services Call Off Order Form;
