Examples of SOW 2 in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency between any documents forming part of an SOW that is not expressly resolved in the SOW, the terms will control in the following order: (1) the SOW, (2) these Terms, and (3) any other terms incorporated by reference into the SOW.
