SOVI means Shell Onshore Ventures Inc., a Delaware corporation, which is an Affiliate of the Company and SLOPI.
SOVI has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Examples of SOVI in a sentence
All properties listed in the Asset Conveyance Agreements, dated October 1, 1997, between SWEPI and the Company, SOVI and the Company and Choctaw and the Company, as amended and previously provided to TMR (collectively, the "Asset Conveyance Agreements") have been or will be conveyed of record to the Company in accordance with the terms of those Asset Conveyance Agreements.
The awarded hours shall be recorded in the SOVI system upon completion of hours worked or hours comped.
