Southside means the independent cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Franklin, Virginia, and the county of Southampton, Virginia.
Southside means the real property located at Tract 27A2, Block 52, Ysleta Grant, El Paso County, Texas, property ID no. 186058. See Exs. G-21, G-24.
