The negative imbalance volume will be sold by the Company at the highest Midpoint price published in Platts, Gas Daily publication, under the headingAppalachia, Dominion, South Point for the month multiplied by 120%.
Cash-Out Price: The price paid by the customer to satisfy its supply shortfall shall be equal to one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the sum of the highest Midpoint price published in Platts, Gas Daily publication, under the heading Appalachia, Dominion, South Point for the month, plus the transportation costs, including retainage, plus any applicable B&O Tax.
The positive imbalance volume will be purchased by the Company at the lowest Midpoint price published in Platts, Gas Daily publication, under the heading Appalachia, Dominion, South Point for the month multiplied by 85%.
This index price will be based off the Dominion South Point price (as described on Leaf 210 of Distribution's tariff) and posted on the above mentioned website.
The South Point facility is an NGCC power plant, and the Navajo, Four Corners, and Bonanza facilities are coal-fired power plants.
