Sourcing Services definition

Sourcing Services means, collectively, the (i) sourcing the Sourced Products listed in the Project Proposal, (ii) ordering and taking delivery of the Sourced Products at PSG in-bound delivery Facility (“Inbound Delivery”); and (iii) verifying the quantities of Sourced Products received and carrying out a standard inspection of the delivered Soured Products in accordance with PSG’s standard operating procedures.
Sourcing Services means the delivery of advisory services and resources that help a company negotiate improved pricing, commercial terms and conditions, or establish new supplier relationships for global telecom (voice, data, mobile) services, IT infrastructure, software and outsourcing, for a fixed and/or contingent fee.
Sourcing Services means identification of manufacturing and development facilities worldwide, the facilitation of manufacturing and procurement relationships, and work related to price negotiations, production scheduling, quality assurance and supply chain management, and assistance with locating freight forwarders where requested.

Examples of Sourcing Services in a sentence

  • Section 8 of Schedule A is not applicable to Sourcing Services and does not apply.

  • Orders in process may be canceled only with PSG’s written consent and, in addition to all other amounts owed to PSG for Sourcing Services rendered, upon payment of PSG’s cancellation charges equal to [***] of the total value of the Project Proposal, which amount represents a reasonable estimate of PSG’s costs related to such cancellation and not a penalty of any kind.

  • Section 10 of Schedule A is not applicable to Sourcing Services and does not apply.

  • The Supplemental Legal Terms and Conditions set out in Schedules C, D, E and F (each a “Supplemental Terms Schedule”) will apply to Patheon OneSource™ Services, Clinical Trial Services, Sourcing Services and Total Transportation Management Services, respectively, and will be considered part of this Master Agreement.

  • All references to Client’s ability to terminate a Project Proposal in Section 4 of Schedule A is not applicable to Sourcing Services.

  • The obligations of PSG to perform the Sourcing Services under the Project Proposal are conditioned upon PSG’s supplier providing the required quantity of the Sourced Products with the required certification(s), lot size(s) and expiration date(s).

  • Section 5 of Schedule A is not applicable to Sourcing Services and does not apply.

  • Sourcing Services • Provide market intelligence regarding potential suppliers, manufacturers, research and evaluation of factory capability, and new vendor setup (including vendor and factory documentation.

  • The Vendor agrees that any Group Company which is either a party to, or has obligations under, benefits from or adheres to, any supply or procurement contract to which any member of the Retained Group is party, including the Sourcing Services Contract, shall, on request by the Purchaser, be released with effect from Completion from such contract and any obligation or liabilities arising thereunder.

  • A circular containing, among others, (1) details of the Sourcing Services Agreement – ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (2) the letter from the Independent Board Committee to the Independent Shareholders; (3) the letter of advice from Gram Capital to the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders; and (4) a notice convening the EGM is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before April 26, 2024 in compliance with the Listing Rules.

Related to Sourcing Services

  • Pricing Services shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 7 of this Agreement.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.
