SOURCE SUBSIDIARIES definition
SOURCE SUBSIDIARIES means the Subsidiaries of Source, which shall include the Source Subsidiaries described in Section 5.4 and any corporation or other organization acquired as a Subsidiary of Source in the future and held as a Subsidiary by Source at the Effective Time but which exclude the Source Divestiture Subsidiaries.
SOURCE SUBSIDIARIES means those entities that are directly or indirectly owned by Source.
