Source Provider definition

Source Provider means any owner or rights holder in content which licenses such content to an MSO granting such MSO the right to sublicense such rights to Sprint and/or Service Provider at a level sufficient to permit Sprint and/or Service Provider to distribute such content to Users over the Sprint Wireless Network.

  • Sole Source Provider means a Contract Provider who, alone, can furnish one or more types of Covered Services to the Member(s).

  • For any Data Source Provider that expresses to Bank of America an interest in participating in one or more of the Services, Bank of America shall make commercially reasonable efforts to: (i) refer such Data Source Provider to Supplier, and (ii) provide to Supplier the name and any contact information of such Data Source Provider in Bank of America’s possession.

  • Upon receiving any such recommendation, Yodlee will use reasonable efforts to establish an agreement with the appropriate Data Source Provider for the inclusion of the recommended Data Source, provided that Yodlee shall not be required to include such Data Source or pay or agree to pay any royalty or other compensation to the Data Source Provider.

  • Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, Supplier shall be entitled to remove any Data Source from the Service upon notice to Bank of America if: (a) Supplier determines that retrieval of content or data from such Data Source violates any law, rule, regulation or court order, or (b) Supplier receives notice or demand from the Data Source Provider responsible for such Data Source that threatens legal action based on retrieval of content or data from a Data Source.

  • Upon Supplier’s request, Bank of America shall provide contact information for a Data Source Provider to Supplier for the purpose of establishing a relationship with such appropriate Data Source Provider for any recommended Data Source.

  • The Covered Person shall be responsible for charges by a Non-Participating Provider in excess of Eligible Charges, except (a) Out-Of- Service Area emergency, or (b) when the Non-Participating Provider is a Sole Source Provider as defined in §7.9 of the Agreement.

  • The Service Provider means the Bidder or firm supplying the Services under this Contract.

  • Sub-Service Provider means any person / firm / Organization / company /entity (other than the Service Provider) and it’s legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns named in the Contract as a Sub-Service Provider for a part of the Services or to whom a part of the Services has been sub-Contracted with the written prior consent of the Employer.
