Source Form definition

Source Form means the source code, documentation source, and configuration files for the Package.
Source Form means computer software in human readable source code form that is not suitable for machine execution without the intervening steps of interpretation or compilation.
Source Form means the preferred form for making modifications, including but not limited to software source code, documentation source, and configuration files.

Examples of Source Form in a sentence

  • Any rights and obligations of Licensee to Source Form and Object Form of the Licensed Technology shall extend to any updates or upgrades upon delivery from ATML to Licensee.

  • ASSOCIATE shall not disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise try to determine or access the Source Form of any such Software or permit or encourage any third party to do so.

  • CSI further represents and warrants that the Source Form of the Shell, PAR Development Tools and each Licensed Program delivered by CSI to Inspire is the complete Source Form for such software (including all then current Updates) which is capable of being compiled by Inspire to create an Object Form of the corresponding software.

  • In order to receive error correction services, Inspire shall be responsible to identify and document any failure of a Licensed Program, the Shell or PAR Development Tools to conform to the Documentation against an unaltered version of the Source Form of a Licensed Program, the Shell or PAR Development Tools.

  • The Source Form Licensed Programs and Documentation contain copyright notices, proprietary notices and restricted-rights legends.

  • Access to or use of the Source Form of the openMDM Application Software is not granted.

  • CSI will promptly correct any defect, error or deficiency in the Object Form and the Source Form of the Shell, PAR Development Tools and/or any Licensed Program which is reported to CSI by Inspire during the warranty period.

  • At the Closing pursuant to the Master Agreement between Wireless Solutions and Retix of even date herewith, Wireless Solutions shall provide Retix with a copy of all Licensed Materials, including copies of all computer programs included in the Licensed Materials in Source Form and Object Form (and including sufficient documentation for a complete technical understanding of such programs) for Retix's use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Source Form

Source Form means the unaltered source code version of any Licensed Program(s), the Shell or PAR Development Tools in human or machine readable form on the media and in the language as delivered by CSI to Inspire, or any translation or modification of such Licensed Program(s), the Shell or PAR Development Tools which substantially preserves its original identity and which is capable of being compiled by Inspire to create an Object Form of the corresponding Licensed Program, the Shell or PAR Development Tools.
Source Form means the preferred form for making modifications to the Work. Source Form does not include file formats in which only minor changes (such as repair, resizing or changes of orientation may be made), such as STL file formats.
Source Form means the source code form on any media of any Licensed Material in the language as delivered by Wireless Solutions to Retix, or any translation or modification of such Licensed Material which substantially preserves its original identity.
Source Form means un-compiled, modifiable software, data, data models or a collection of statements or declarations written in human-readable computer programming or declaration language, including but not limited to software source code, documentation source and configuration files.

Related to Source Form

  • FACE Form means the Funding Authorization and Certificate of Expenditure Form attached to this Agreement. The FACE Form is used for (i) requests for cash advances, direct payments or reimbursements and (ii) financial reporting by the Partner.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.
