Source File definition

Source File. (also called "Work Space") means a single page of music in digital form which has been prepared by scanning the Music Title and converting it into a format which can be used by the Solero Editor software.

Source File means - any individual Brand Asset file supplied by the Customer to Brandkit, for upload to the Facility, or that is uploaded by the Customer to the Facility. Metadata means - the information that describes the Brand Asset such as Asset Name, Description, Tags, etc Customer Data - means the Source Files and Metadata, supplied to Brandkit by the Customer, for upload to, or that is uploaded directly to the Facility. Derivative Data means - any Meta Data, transaction, report, thumbnail generated by the Facility as a consequence of the Customer supplying or uploading Customer Data.

  • The Secondary Repayment Source must be in the form of a letter of credit or escrowed funds for the amount calculated by CMS in accordance with this Appendix B and specified in the Secondary Repayment Source File.
