Source Distribution definition

Source Distribution. License to Seller. Purchaser hereby grants to the Seller a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, modify and create derivative source and object code works from the associated source code, including the right to distribute and sublicense the source or derivatives, or derived object code to third parties, under the Software designated on Schedule G as "Assign" to Purchaser and "Source Distribution" to SGI.

  • As between the parties and subject to Section 2.1, Cloudera will own all right, title and interest in and to (i) the Cloudera Software, (ii) the Cloudera Open Source Distribution, (iii) all modifications to and derivative works of the Cloudera Software, the Cloudera Open Source Distribution made by Cloudera; and (iv) any and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in the foregoing.

  • Notwithstanding any terms to the contrary in this Schedule or the Agreement, Securonix owns all right, title and interest in and to any and all bug-fixes, extensions, improvements or enhancements to the Securonix Open Source Distribution or the Securonix Software (including all Intellectual Property Rights embodied therein) and no rights to either are granted hereunder.

Related to Source Distribution

  • Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below. Accordingly, the Unitholder's "Income Distribution" shall be equal to:

  • Wholesale distribution means distribution of prescription drugs to persons other than consumers or

  • Distribution main means the portion of any main with which a service line is, or is intended to be, immediately connected;

  • Cash Distribution means the distribution by the Company to all holders of its Common Stock of cash, other than any cash that is distributed upon a merger or consolidation to which Section 2(h) applies or as part of a distribution referred to in paragraph (4) of Section 2(b).

  • Pre-Distribution Period means any Tax Period ending on or before the Distribution Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period ending on the Distribution Date.
