Source Code Material definition

Source Code Material means the source code for the most current version of the EarlyWorks Services supplied by us to you, and all software, associated libraries, documents and information necessary to enable a suitably skilled person to deploy, maintain and further develop the EarlyWorks Services in good working order;
Source Code Material means the current version of the programming instruction for a computer program in its original form, created by a programmer with a text editor or a visual programming tool and saved in a file, along with the current version of all supporting documentation, database descriptors, user training materials, and any other material required to make the software fully functional.
Source Code Material means: source code and object code (both magnetic media and printed versions), executable files, and all other programming materials; together with all documentation, sufficient for the Service Recipient to be able to maintain, enhance, customise, modify, support and perpetuate Software that is a Deliverable or used to provide the Services.

Examples of Source Code Material in a sentence

  • Source Code Material may not be transported or transmitted electronically over a network of any kind, including a LAN, an intranet, or the Internet.

  • If the Receiving Party’s outside counsel, consultants, or experts obtain printouts or photocopies of Source Code Material, the Receiving Party shall ensure that such outside counsel, consultants, or experts keep the printouts or photocopies in a secured locked area in the offices of such outside counsel, consultants, or expert.

  • Access to a Party’s Source Code Material shall be provided only on “stand-alone” computer(s) (that is, the computer may not be linked to any network, including a local area network (“LAN”), an intranet or the Internet).

  • If the receiving Party’s outside counsel, consultants, or experts obtain printouts or photocopies of Source Code Material, the receiving Party shall ensure that such outside counsel, consultants, or experts keep the printouts or photocopies in a secured locked area in the offices of such outside counsel, consultants, or expert.

  • A Receiving Party shall provide notice to QUALCOMM or its counsel for each occasion on which it submits portions of Designated Source Code Material in a pleading or other Court document.

  • Emergency preparedness plan based on the Hazard identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Disaster Management Plan shall be implemented.ii.

  • The log shall include the original name and location ( i.e., directory path) of each printed Source Code Material or otherwise a unique identifier of the Source Code Material.

  • If an RFP identifies a preferred or mandatory use, it shall make clear whether such use is mandatory or merely preferred; if an RFP identifies a disfavored or prohibited use, it shall make clear whether such use is prohibited or merely disfavored.

  • The Receiving Party’s counsel and/or experts shall be entitled to take notes relating to the Source Code Material but may not copy the Source Code Material into the notes and may not take such notes on the Source Code Computer itself.

  • Electronic access to a Party’s Source Code Material shall be provided on one (1) secure Windows-based “stand-alone” computer (that is, the computer(s) may not be linked to any network, including a local area network (“LAN”), an intranet or the Internet, or any peripheral device except for a local printer provided as follows) (the “Source Code Computer”).


More Definitions of Source Code Material

Source Code Material means the Source Code versions of the browser and device drivers more particularly identified in Schedule 2 Part II. 1.16 "Technical Proposal" means the proposed outline technical solution, exhibited at Schedule 5. 1.17 "Technology" means the current (as at the Effective Date) Object Code version of the operating system software developed by Acorn for use with an ARM[7500] microprocessor, and known as RiscOS 3.6 as more particularly identified in Schedule 2 Part 1 together with Acorn Hardware, the Derivative Works developed by Acorn pursuant to Clause 2, the Object Code versions of the Source Code Material and the Upgrades and Updates. 1.18 "Trademark" means names, logos, designs, characters, and other designations or brands used by Acorn in connection with the Technology. 1.19 "Updates" means any bug fixes, minor modifications or variations of the Technology which Acorn generally licences as a standard part of the Technology. 1.20 "Upgrades" means any new features or major enhancements of the Technology. The term "Upgrades" does not include new versions of the Technology bearing Acorn version numbers which are higher than 3.6.

Related to Source Code Material

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Object Code means computer software that is substantially or entirely in binary form and that is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without any intervening steps of compilation or assembly.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Open Source Materials means all Software, Documentation or other material that is distributed as “free software”, “open source software” or under a similar licensing or distribution model, including, but not limited to, the GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), or any other license described by the Open Source Initiative as set forth on xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Company.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Source material means: (1) uranium or thorium, or any combination thereof, in any physical or chemical form or (2) ores which contain by weight one-twentieth of one percent (0.05 percent) or more of (i) uranium, (ii) thorium or (iii) any combination thereof. Source material does not include special nuclear material.

  • Source Materials means uranium containing the mixture of isotopes occurring in nature; uranium whose content in uranium 235 is less than the normal; thorium; any of the foregoing in the form of metal, alloy, chemical compound or concentrate; any other substance containing one or more of the foregoing in such a concentration as shall be specified by the Council, acting by a qualified majority on a proposal from the Commission.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.
