SoundView definition
SoundView means Soundview Technologies Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.
SoundView or the "Agent") is to be engaged by Tricord Systems, Inc. (the "Company") to act as exclusive Agent in connection with the private placement (the "Offering") of one or more equity, equity-related or equity-linked securities (the "Securities") to be issued by the Company. It is currently contemplated that the Offering will approximate $20.0 million.
