Soundstage definition

Soundstage means a permanent facility in this state of one or more sets or stages used primarily for staging and filming by a production company and any land, permanent buildings or capital equipment that is in or adjacent to, and is necessary for the operation of, a soundstage.

  • Quotations / Proposals are based on a number of factors, we strongly recommend the hirer reads the quotation/proposal and associated terms in detail to ensure Soundstage One have interpreted the requirements correctly and the proposal will be practical.

  • Soundstage One shall ensure that staff operating plant and machinery are suitably instructed and/or qualified in its safe operation.

  • The hirer shall provide to Soundstage One on demand copies of any relevant insurance documents, licenses, and regulations.

  • Soundstage One reserve the right to remove any person or prohibit the use by any person of any of its equipment.
