To facilitate the carrying out of Part A of the Project, the Recipient, though the ACTD, shall enter into an implementation agreement with the Soroca Apa Canal, under terms and conditions satisfactory to the World Bank, which shall include provisions setting forth that the Soroca Apa Canal shall be responsible for the implementation and management of Part A of the Project, all in accordance with the Operations Manual (“Implementation Agreement”).
