SORN definition

SORN means a “System of Records Notice”, a notice published in the Federal Register of each system of records being maintained by the Department, as required by the Privacy Act;
SORN classification/hearing" means a hearing held by a judge or
SORN classification/hearing" means a hearing held by a judge or magistrate to determine if an adjudicated child is to be classified as a juvenile sex offender registrant and to determine the child's duties to register and if community notification was needed.
