SORAi definition
SORAi means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i” falling in the relevant Observation Period, the reference rate equal to SORA in respect of that Singapore Business Day.
SORAi means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i” falling in the relevant Interest Period:
SORAi means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day i in the relevant SORA Observation Period, the reference rate equal to SORA for that Singapore Business Day; and

SORAi means SORA for:
SORAi means (unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms), in respect of any Singapore Day “i” falling in the relevant SORA Observation Period, the SORA reference rate for such Singapore Business Day “i”;
SORAi means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i” falling in the relevant Interest Period: (A) if such Singapore Business Day is a SORA Reset Date, the reference rate equal to SORA in respect of that Singapore Business Day, and (B) if such Singapore Business Day is not a SORA Reset Date (being a Singapore Business Day falling in the Suspension Period), the reference rate equal to SORA in respect of the first Singapore Business Day falling in the Suspension Period (the “Suspension Period SORAi”) (such first day of the Suspension Period coinciding with the SORA Rate Cut-Off Date). For the avoidance of doubt, the Suspension Period SORAi shall apply to each day falling in the relevant Suspension Period;
SORAi means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day i in the relevant SORA Observation Period, the SOFR Reference Rate in respect of such SORA Business Day i.
