SOPC Notice definition

SOPC Notice means the notice delivered by Project Co under clause 30.3(a). SOPC Notice Date means the date on which Project Co delivers a SOPC Notice. SOPC Payment Date means the date which is 20 Business Days after the delivery of the SOPC Satisfaction Notice or such earlier date determined by the State.

  • CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).

  • FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
