SoP Effective Date definition

SoP Effective Date means the day on which the judgment of confirmation (homologatie) of this SIHNV Composition Plan has become final and unappealable (in kracht van gewijsde), resulting in a termination of the SoP pursuant to Section 276 DBA.

  • Target Effective Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • SEC Effective Date means the date the Registration Statement is declared effective by the Commission.

  • Plan Effective Date means the occurrence of the effective date of the Plan according to its terms.

  • IPO Effective Date means the date upon which the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the initial public offering of the Company's common stock as effective.
