  • Therefore, the Participant agrees that during the term of employment with the Company and/or any other member of the Sonic Group, and after termination of employment for any reason, the Participant will not, without the Sonic Group’s prior written consent, use, divulge, disclose, furnish or make accessible to any third person, company or other entity, any aspect of the Confidential Information (other than as required in the ordinary discharge of the Participant’s duties).
