Solventum definition

Solventum means the Solventum entity named in the quotation, order acknowledgement form, proforma or tax invoice issued by Solventum, as the case may be.
Solventum. : means the company whose identity is given at the end of these General Conditions.

Examples of Solventum in a sentence

  • Solventum Corporation (the “Company”) promises to pay interest on the principal amount of this Note at the rate per annum described above.

  • Solventum Corporation shall pay to 3M IPC an annual fee in amount of $[***] for costs associated with quality monitoring, performed by or on behalf of 3M IPC, of SpinCo’s uses of the 3M Family of Marks, which includes any offset of SpinCo’s quality monitoring of 3M’s uses of the Licensed SpinCo Trademarks.

  • In addition to the annual fee of $[***], Solventum Corporation agrees to reimburse 3M for all reasonable expenses 3M has incurred for the preparation, prosecution, filing, registration, and maintenance of the Licensed Scotch Derivative Trademarks during the Term.

  • Where the price is based on pallets and/or packaging being returned to Solventum, then failure to do so by the Buyer will result in a surcharge at Solventum’s standard rate.

  • The Supplier is not allowed to set off any claim (whether due or not) on Solventum with any amount which Supplier owes to Solventum.

  • Seller has no right or authority to act for, or bind, Solventum, including any authority to create a Solventum obligation,responsibility or liability.

  • Seller must assign to Solventum all of its rights to the Deliverables, including patent, copyright, industrial design, trademark, layout design of integrated circuit, trade secret, and moral rights.

  • If any goods are damaged or lost the consignment note must be endorsed accordingly and the Buyer must notify Solventum within forty-eight hours of delivery, such notification to be confirmed in writing within the following five days.

  • Solventum shall have no further liability for such damage or loss.

  • They are referred to as “Solventum Information” and belong to Solventum.
