Solution Service Fee definition

Solution Service Fee the annual fee payable by the Client to the Supplier in accordance with the Proposal for the Solution Service. Supplier's System: the system to be used by the Supplier in performing the Managed Services, including the Hardware, any Third Party Software and communications links between the Hardware and the Client-side Equipment and the Client's Operating Environment. Term: means the Initial Term and any Extended Term, as applicable. Third Party Software: any code or software programs written or provided by third parties which are used by the Client during the provision of the Services. UK Data Protection Legislation: all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.
