  • The following are attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein: Exhibit A (Inmate Telephone Service), Exhibit B (Mobility Service), Exhibit C (Video Visitation and Management Solution), Exhibit D (Payment Solutions, Inmate Trust Deposits), and Exhibit E (Option Letter).

  • Either party may also terminate any particular Solution Exhibit and the corresponding Solution pursuant to the termination terms, if any, of such Solution Exhibit.

  • The right and license granted to Supplier pursuant to this Section 4(c) shall automatically terminate if this Agreement or any such Solution Exhibit is terminated pursuant to Section 3(b).
