  • Notwithstanding the foregoing both EMIS and the Customer shall ensure that all personal data which is processed pursuant to a Solution Delivery Agreement is safeguarded at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Law and both EMIS and the Customer shall have and apply policies which describe individual personal responsibilities for all of their personnel involved in the handling of personal data.
