Soluble Oil definition
Soluble Oil means oil which is of either mineral or vegetable origin and disperses in water or sewage at temperatures between 0° C. and 65°C. For the purposes of these regulations, emulsified oil shall be considered as soluble oil.
Soluble Oil means oil which is of either mineral or vegetable origin and disperses in water or sewage at temperatures between zero degrees and sixty five degrees C. For the purposes of this ordinance, emulsified oil shall be considered as soluble oil.
