Solomon’s Choice definition

Solomon’s Choice. Agreement. At any time, including without limitation upon any termination of the Development Agreement, any Member shall have the right (i) to terminate its interest as a Member in the Company and to compel the other Member(s) to purchase such Member’s Company Interest, or (ii) if the other Member(s) so elects, to be bound to purchase all of the other Member’s Company Interests pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below in this Section 19.
