Solo provider definition

Solo provider means a massage business where the owner owns one hundred percent of the business, is the only person who provides massage services for compensation for that business pursuant to a valid and active certificate issued in accordance with the California Massage Therapy Act, and has no other employees or independent contractors.   • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;
