Solidary definition

Solidary means that each such person is liable individually for the whole amount due.
Solidary as used herein and in the Assignment Agreements shall be read and interpreted in accordance with the Civil Code of Quebec.

  • As a result of the foregoing, the parties hereto acknowledge that the Agent and each Secured Party shall at all times have a valid and effective right of action for the entire Solidary Claim of the Agent and such Secured Party and the right to give full acquittance for it.
