Solid waste fee definition

Solid waste fee means a monthly fee for solid waste transport as set by the Fort Peck Tribes Public Works Board.
Solid waste fee means that term as defined in the ordinance or resolution of the local tax collecting unit authorizing the assessment of the solid waste fee.
