Solicitor Agent definition

Solicitor Agent means a captive agent employed by or independently contracted with Agent and free to exercise his or its own judgment as to the time and manner of performing services pursuant to a direct agreement between the Solicitor Agent and Agent whose compensation is paid by Agent and not the Company.

  • The termination of participation of any one or more Solicitor Agent by the Company shall not affect the performance of this Agreement by Agent and the remaining Solicitor Agents that have not been terminated by the Company.
