Sole Agent definition

Sole Agent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
Sole Agent means an agent that has been contracted by the Bank to carry out all aspects of the agent banking services.

  • Unless notice is given as provided in this Section, Sole Agent shall be deemed to have accepted such Products and to have waived all claims for shortages, defect or damage.
