Solar Units definition

Solar Units means the photovoltaic arrays, mirrors, lenses, tracking devices and other equipment necessary for the Facility to collect sunlight at the Site and convert it into electricity or thermal energy. Examples of Solar Units in a sentence

  • The Transferee will receive all prospective rights and benefits associated with the assigned Solar Unit(s).

  • Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Solar Unit(s) are made available as is, where is, and without warranty.

  • In consideration of Participant’s payment of the Participation Fee, and subject to all the terms and conditions set forth herein and the Project Company Agreement, the Participant shall receive an annual distribution, which shall be based on the energy generated by the Solar Unit(s) purchased by the Participant after accounting for expenses.

  • The value of the Annual Distribution for that year is the value of the solar power divided by the number of Solar Units for the project.

  • Participant acknowledges that, except to the extent specifically stated herein, KEC has NOT made any representation, warranty or promise with respect to any aspect of the performance, condition, value, risks or likelihood of success of the Project, Program or the Solar Unit(s) for which the Participant has applied herein.

Related to Solar Units

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Junior Units means any Partnership Unit representing any class or series of Partnership Interest ranking, as to distributions, or rights upon voluntary or involuntary liquidation, dissolution or winding up of the Partnership, junior to Series A Preferred Units.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Subordinated Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Company Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Preferred Units means all Partnership Interests designated as preferred units by the General Partner from time to time in accordance with Section 4.02 of the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class C Units shall have the meaning set forth in the preface.

  • Incentive Distribution Rights has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Initial Units means, with respect to any Initial Limited Partner, the aggregate number of Class A Units owned by such Initial Limited Partner as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Incentive Units means those Partnership Interests described in Section 2 of the Incentive Unit Agreement.

  • public units means the state or a political subdivision or instrumentality of the state including a county, school corporation, special district, drainage district, unincorporated town or township, municipality, or municipal corporation or any agency, board, or commission of the state or a political subdivision; any court or public body; an electric power agency; federal and state grant moneys of a quasi-public state entity under Iowa Code section 12C.1, subsection (2e), and this chapter. Public units additionally include, but are not limited to:

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • Series A Units means Series A currency hedged mutual fund units or Series A non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.
