Solar facilities means commercial solar photovoltaic (electric energy) generation facilities. "Solar facilities" does not include any solar project that is (i) described in § 56-594, 56-594.01, 56- 594.02, or 56-594.2, or (ii) five megawatts or less.
Solar facilities means the items described on Exhibit I attached hereto and made a part hereof representing a solar-powered electric generating facility with a generating capacity of approximately .33768 megawatts (MW) DC, together with any and all other lines, equipment, and related facilities (including, but not limited to, the Cable Lines and Facilities) necessary and/or desirable from time to time to properly and optimally construct, install, operate, maintain, monitor, test, repair and replace (a) the solar facilities necessary for Tenant to satisfy and comply with the requirements of the Offtake Agreement(s) and (b) any and all electricity storage devices that may increase the total electricity output of the solar generation system located on the Leased Premises from time to time.

More Definitions of Solar facilities

Solar facilities means the solar powered electric generating facilities including photovoltaic panels, conduit, electrical interconnections, and associated equipment owned by PSE&G to be installed hereunder.
Solar facilities means all or any combination of the following: one or more solar photovoltaic gathering devices including, without limitation, solar panels, mounting substrates or supports, wiring and connections, power inverters, service equipment, and monitoring equipment for the conversion of solar energy into electrical energy and the collection, conditioning, storage and transmission of electrical energy (“SGDs”), above-ground and/or underground electrical transmission and communication lines and related equipment, footings, towers, poles, crossarms, guy lines, anchors and wires, collection and transmission grids, power conditioning equipment, substations, interconnections and/or switching facilities and transformers (“Transmission Facilities”), energy storage facilities (including, without limitation, battery storage facilities), telecommunications equipment, laydown areas, radio relays, roads and gates, signs and fences, meteorological towers, pyranometers and other solar measurement equipment, control buildings, maintenance yards and other related facilities, machinery, equipment and improvements.

Related to Solar facilities

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • New Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
