SOGR definition

SOGR means the condition sufficient for the asset or facilities to operate at a full level of performance, resulting from performing controlle maintenance pursuant to standard operating procedures and maintenance manuals, meeting Federal, State and appli able local code and health department standards, meeting public safety needs and standards, and maintaining facilities in a safe, neat, clean, and well−kept condition.
