SOGEM definition

SOGEM means the Société de Gestion de l'Energie de Manantali, established and operating pursuant to the SOGEM Convention;
SOGEM means Société de l’Energie de Manantali operating pursuant to the OMVS Conventions, and any entity established to succeed SOGEM.
