Examples of SOGA in a sentence

  • The grantee agrees that nothing in this Grant Agreement will be interpreted to create an obligation or liability of OOG in excess of the "Maximum Liability of the OOG" as set forth in the Statement of Grant Award (SOGA).

  • The Customer hereby warrants to LIONIZE that it will not involve itself in any way whatsoever with any act or omission that gives rise to an actual or potential breach or contravention of the SOGA, the Consumer Law or the Corporations Law, or in any way that would otherwise give rise to the operation of the Agency Law or provide a cause of action in favour of the Customer in relation to any Tortious Actions, as the case may be.

  • The Customer hereby warrants to Busfleet that it will not involve itself in any way whatsoever with any act or omission that gives rise to an actual or potential breach or contravention of the SOGA, the Consumer Law or the Corporations Law, or in any way that would otherwise give rise to the operation of the Agency Law or provide a cause of action in favour of the Customer in relation to any Tortious Actions, as the case may be.

  • For clarity this allows transfer between alternate classification streams, but does not allow for the transfer of an officer within the same classification stream e.g. a SOGB transfer to a SOGA.
