Software Use Rights definition

Software Use Rights means, with regard to Software or other subscription services specified in an Order Form, the SAP Software Use Rights Schedule current as of the effective date of the applicable Order Form, a copy of which are found at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/agreements/western-europe (please select “Software Use Rights Agreements” => “English” => “SAP Software Use Rights (English)”). The Software Use Rights provide additional or supplemental terms and conditions in connection with the Use of the Software as specified in the Program Schedule or Order Form. Such Software Use Rights are incorporated herein by reference. SAP recommends Partner and End User print a copy of the Software Use Rights for their respective records.

The Software Use Rights provide additional or supplemental terms and conditions in connection w ith the Use of the Software as specified in the Exhibit or Order Form. Examples of Software Use Rights in a sentence

  • Licensee must be appropriately licensed as stated in the Software Use Rights Schedule for any individuals that Use the Software, including employees or agents of Affiliates and Business Partners.

  • The Customer must be appropriately licensed at all times as stated in the Software Use Rights Schedule for any individuals that Use the Software, including employees or agents of such Affiliates and Customer Partners.

  • Partner may market and sublicense the Software only for Standalone Use (except as otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form) and in conjunction with the Partner Products pursuant to the licensing and use restrictions as set forth in this Agreement, the Software Use Rights, and such other terms as set forth in the specific Exhibit A for the applicable Software.

  • The following order of precedence (in descending order of priority) shall be applied in the event of conflict or inconsistency between provisions of the components of this Agreement: (i) the Order Form, as amended by Addendum to the Agreement; (ii) the exhibits or schedules attached to, or referenced in, the Agreement; (iii) Software Use Rights, and (iii) this Agreement (excluding applicable exhibits and schedules attached or referenced thereto).

  • The following order of precedence (in descending order of priority) shall be applied in the event of conflict or inconsistency between provisions of the components of this Agreement: (i) the Order Form or Addendum to the Agreement; (ii) the Exhibits; (iii) Software Use Rights, and (iii) this Agreement (excluding applicable exhibits and schedules attached or referenced thereto).

  • Details of the license for Third Party Software are set out in the Software Agreement and the Software Use Rights Document.

  • Upon termination or expiration of the applicable Purchase Order and/or this Agreement, Buyer’s license to the Software and Documentation and Software Use Rights terminate immediately and Buyer will stop using the Software and Documentation and return, destroy or delete, as directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all copies of the Software and associated keys.

  • In providing ASP Services, Partner agrees to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, including the Software Use Rights.

  • In those circumstances, SAP reserves the right not to give any agreed discount except the standard volume discount specified in the Software Use Rights Document.

  • Licensee is obligated to comply with the limitations imposed on it below and the Software Use Rights.

Related to Software Use Rights

  • Hosted Software means: (a) Hosted NCR Voyix Software; and (b) Non-NCR Voyix Software provided by a third party as a hosted software application or cloud service and for which Customer purchases a subscription through NCR Voyix pursuant to an Order (“Non-NCR Voyix Hosted Software”).

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.
