Software Update Service definition

Software Update Service means provision of Software Updates as set forth on Exhibit A and identified with a Model Number to Customer by Echelon for the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the last day of the same month one 18 (1) year hence, or with respect to a renewal hereunder, the applicable anniversary of such last day.
