Software Support Plan definition

Software Support Plan means the software support provided by Sycamore under the terms and conditions contained in Schedule G Section 6 and the prices contained in Schedule J. The Software Support Plan is in addition to the Software Warranty.
Software Support Plan means a packaged plan of application support services and software updates including, but not limited to, technical corrections, patches, bug fixes, and level and other software releases which are specific to the Software.
Software Support Plan means the plan referred to in, and which shall meet the requirements of, the relevant Product Description;

Examples of Software Support Plan in a sentence

  • ZIRILIO is not liable to the Client for the support services described in the Licensed Software Support Plan, however if ZIRILIO is required to supply Managed Services by the Order Form, ZIRILIO may have responsibilities to the Client to manage delivery of the support services.

  • No children will be allowed to sit in their parent’s arms without a ticket.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event will LenSec be obligated to perform any on-site service under an On-Site Service Plan if LenSec is able to fix the problem remotely under the Remote Diagnostics and Software Support Plan.

  • The Customer’s rights to support in respect of the Licensed Software are as set out in the Licensed Software Support Plan.

  • Any Customer that purchases an On-Site Service Plan must also purchase a Remote Diagnostics and Software Support Plan.

  • This clause 5 only applies if ZIRILIO is required by the Order Form to supply the Client with a Licensed Software Licence and/or a Licensed Software Support Plan.

  • The Remote Diagnostics and Software Support Plan purchased by Customer hereunder shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the completion of the installation of the Products, except that if the Proposal sets forth a longer time period, then such longer time period set forth on the Proposal shall apply.

  • The initial annual Software Support Plan term shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Licensee may elect to receive Software Support and Upgrades under ------- iMediation's then-current Software Support Plan, upon payment to iMediation of the Support Fees.

  • In the event that during the term of the Remote Diagnostics and Software Support Plan Customer has not used or maintained the Software in accordance with the Software Specifications or, if applicable, does not deliver the Software to LenSec within thirty (30) days of the Software Notification, then the provisions of Section 1.3(a)(1) above shall apply with respect to the repair, replacement, support and/or servicing of the Software.

Related to Software Support Plan

  • Support Plan means a technical support offering that sets out the level of entitlements purchased by the Customer as described in detail in Schedule - Support Services.

  • Behavior Support Plan means the individualized proactive support strategies used to support positive behavior.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
