Software Support License definition

Software Support License means a license to download or have installed a Software Update or Software Upgrade. In addition the Software Support License will set out the entitlements for each specific type of Software Support License. “Software Update” shall mean a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment.

In the absence of a Software Support License a customer will only have access to download or have installed Software Updates. In addition, the Software Support License will set out the entitlements for each specific type of Software Support License.

Examples of Software Support License in a sentence

  • If Customer terminates a Software Support License and subsequently wishes to reinstate it, the Customer will be required to pay an amount equal to the Software Support License (at the then current pricing) for the period that they did not have a Software Support License.

  • If Customer terminates the Software Support License, they will no longer eligible to receive Software Upgrades.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, should the Customer finance a pre-paid Support Plan or Software Support License through a financing company, the Customer shall be required to secure approval from the financing company prior to any deletion.

  • In the event that the Customer has the Equipment and the Software under a Support Plan or Software Support License and the Customer acquires additional equipment and software, for an additional charge, such equipment and software shall automatically be placed on that Support Plan or Software Support License at the end of any applicable warranty period for such equipment and software, unless the Customer notifies Miraclon otherwise at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the warranty.

  • The Customer, at its expense, must take any remedial action required by Miraclon, including without limitation in the case of equipment and software acquired from a third party, payment of a remanufacturing, certification and license fee, prior to such equipment and software being placed on a Support Plan or Software Support License.

  • In the event that the Software is covered under a Software Support License, there will be no refund or credit of pre-paid fees.

  • It is mandatory that the Customer purchases a Software Support License Plus or Advance for the initial 12 months following Completion of Installation.

  • In the absence of a Software Support License Customer will only have access to download or have installed Software Updates.

  • Most of the industries were reliant on a vast provider base which is as opposed to the lean practice basics.

  • In the event the Software is covered under a Software Support License there will be no refund or credit of pre-paid fees.

Related to Software Support License

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:

  • Open Source License means any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as promulgated by the Open Source Initiative) or the Free Software Definition (as promulgated by the Free Software Foundation), or any substantially similar license, including any license approved by the Open Source Initiative or any Creative Commons License. “Open Source Licenses” shall include Copyleft Licenses.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • IP License Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Patent License Agreement means a Patent License Agreement in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including Specially Written Software and Assigned Software and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.
