Software Suite definition

Software Suite means the version of the proprietary software developed by Serious Factory, including VTS Editor Software, for which a License has been granted to School.

Software Suite means the Software and any support materials licensed by the Licensor and any developments on it done by the Licensor, including but not limited to manuals, flow charts and specifications relating to the Software, as described in Annex A.

Examples of Software Suite in a sentence

  • The VTS Software Suite and the Digital Projects created with the VTS Software Suite can only be used for training purposes.

  • The School is not entitled to modify, distribute or market the VTS Software Suite and has no right to commercialize the Digital Projects.

  • Subject to the provisions of these T&Cs, and under the conditions set forth under section 8 herein, Serious Factory grants to School a non-exclusive and non-transferrable License, only for the use and purpose referred to in the paragraph here under, on the intellectual property rights related to the Software Suite, including rights of use and reproduction, as described here after.

  • School has no right to access to the Software Suite, Advanced Functionalities and Items, after termination of the License for any reason whatsoever.

  • The Contractor’s CIVLS Solution training program covers the key application components of CIVLS and the 3M Enterprise Motor Vehicle Software Suite, including, but not limited to, the following: Motor Vehicle Registration System (“MOVRS”); Driver Records and Issuance Solution (“DRIVS”); Commercial Transportation Management Solution (“CTRAMS“), as an option; Dealer Licensing and Registration Solution (“DLRS”); and, Accounting Transaction Money Manager ATMM (integration perspective).

  • The programs, features and functionality that are within the scope of a license to the Essentials Software Suite and the Advantage Software Suite are identified in the applicable Documentation.

Related to Software Suite

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Font Software means software or instructions which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments.
