SOFTWARE STATEMENT definition

SOFTWARE STATEMENT means the document titled 'Statement of Product Derivation and Ownership' listed as document 1 in Section 8 of Part B of the Schedule to the APM Disclosure Memorandum, together with any Appendices to it which are referenced in it and also appear in that Section 8;
