Software Problem(s) definition

Software Problem(s) means defective Software distribution media and/or a failure of the original Software to function substantially in accordance with the Documentation.
Software Problem(s) means Software having defective distribution media and/or Software function which is inconsistent with the user manual(s).

  • The Support and Maintenance Services do not include, and you must provide at your ex- pense: (i) installation, testing, and operation of the Software and all Updates; (ii) isolation and documentation of Software Problems; (iii) intranet resources, backup and restoration of your systems; and (iv) Internet access for Causasoft’s or its Reseller’s remote access and diagnosis of Software Problems, when necessary.

Related to Software Problem(s)

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Software Products means the INSOURCE software products made available to the Licensee under the Agreement.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
