Software Maintenance Updates means routine corrections for reproducible Software errors that Siklu generally incorporates into its Software version updates.

  • In order for Corero to deliver the Services, Customer must have installed the Corero products and purchased an active Software, Maintenance, Updates and Maintain (“SMUM”) Services agreement for each of the Corero products listed in Exhibit B.

  • Software Maintenance Updates are provided at no charge to the customer and include fixes to problems discovered after the software has been released and improve existing functionality.
